The official student union and the highest policy-making student body of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Quezon City Branch shall be known as the PUPQC Supreme Student Council (PUPQC–SSC).

The PUPQC-SSC strives to foster strong and harmonious rapport among the students and other stakeholders of the University, protect and promote the general interest, rights, and welfare of the students in the University, cultivate excellence, discipline, and sociopolitical consciousness among the students through the creation of relevant programs and initiatives, uphold an honest, committed, and data-driven student-government while being democratic, progressive, and responsive to the true needs of the students in the PUP Quezon City Branch.
